1. What we collect
Depending on which modules you enable, NestSafe may collect location data, message and call metadata, app usage statistics, browsing history, and screenshots from the monitored device, along with basic account information such as email and billing details.
2. Why we collect it
Collected data is used solely to power the dashboard features you've enabled and to provide account support. We do not sell monitored data to third parties.
3. How it's stored
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to your authenticated account and the support staff assisting you when you request help.
4. Data retention
Monitoring data is retained for the length of your active subscription and deleted automatically 30 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that your use of NestSafe complies with applicable law, including any requirement to disclose monitoring to the device user.
